1.⁠ ⁠About Us

 

SoulSuites is operated by The Wellbeing Hub (Hamilton) from our location at:

Allanshaw Industrial Estate, Hamilton ML3 9FN.

2.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment

•All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system.

•Payment is taken at the time of booking unless we have agreed otherwise.

•Block bookings are non-transferable and valid for:

•3 months from the date of purchase for a 5-pack.

•6 months from the date of purchase for a 10-pack.

•Memberships run on a rolling basis and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice via email or phone call.

•Membership discounts are available to active members only.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Refunds

•If you need to cancel or change your booking:

•Refunds: Please give us at least 72 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund.

•Reschedules: You can reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

•Cancellations made after these times, or no-shows, will be charged in full.

•Refunds are only given where required by law or at our discretion.

4.⁠ ⁠Health & Safety

•By booking, you confirm that you are fit and able to take part in saunas, ice baths, and/or compression therapy.

•Participants must be 16 years or older.

•Everyone is required to fill in a waiver provided by SoulSuites before attending their first session.

•If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant, please check with your doctor before attending.

•Our team may refuse service if they believe it is unsafe for you to continue.

•You use our services at your own risk.

5.⁠ ⁠Personal Belongings

•Please look after your belongings while at SoulSuites.

•Lockers are available on site for your use.

•We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

6.⁠ ⁠Respect & Conduct

•Please treat our staff, facilities, and other guests with respect.

•Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

•All content on our website (text, images, branding) belongs to SoulSuites and cannot be used without permission.

•We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our site.

•We will never share your details without your consent, except where required by law.
